Our experienced staff will work closely with you to make sure we are creating a site for your that meets your needs. Below are the seven basic steps we'll follow... we will walk you through our process, but you are welcome to review the steps here as well:

1. No Obligation Demonstration & Sign Up
We believe we have created a system that works well for most specialty toy stores, but we want to make sure it's a good fit for you. One of our producers will be happy to demonstrate the STN system. We will walk you through the features over the phone and via online samples. If you like what you see, we have easy payment methods. 2. Initial Design Meeting
After signing up, your STN producer will set up a meeting to better understand your store's brand, your web goals, and your approach toward your customers. We will create a timetable for rollout of your new site. Our design team will request basic assets in order to make the best site for you.

3. Design Begins on Your Site
Our designers will create several mock site for you to review. We'll then update the designs based on your feedback. At the same time, we will be working behind the scenes to setup your site: making sure your domain (your site's web address) is ready to go; setting up your email accounts; and walking you through the use of special features (such as the e-newsletter and calendars).

4. E-Commerce Set Up
With STN, we help you set up your desired merchant solution. Some things to consider: Do you already have a merchant account you want to use? Do you want to accept realtime payments? Do you need an new online merchant account? We will assist in setting up an E-Commerce system that meet your needs.

5. The "Dev Site"
After you sign off on the look and feel, we'll create a "dev site" (a working development site), where you can test out the admin tools and start adding your content.

6. Site Launch
After you're satisfied with your new site, we'll promote your site to "live" status.
